Removal from AusLIST A provider and/or their courses and/or their locations will be removed from AusLIST within the two year Listing period only in the following circumstances: a provider and their courses will be removed, for all locations, if the provider’s domestic approval is cancelled or lapses; or a provider and/or their course(s) will be removed, for a particular host country, if the provider fails to comply with host country laws or regulatory requirements, and written advice of the non-compliance is received from the host country or DEEWR’s overseas Education Counsellors; or the provider is found to have made false or misleading statements or given false or misleading information in applying for AusLIST; or the provider voluntarily seeks the removal of their organisation or courses from AusLIST.
