DEEWR approval of a provider and their courses for listing.

In assessing new applications for approval, DEEWR will check that:

• the signed Provider Declaration has been received.
• the provider and course(s) have been verified by the relevant verifying authority.
• no advice has been received from a host government or DEEWR’s overseas Education Counsellors  that the applicant or their associated/affiliated/partner providers do not comply with the host country laws or regulatory requirements.
• DEEWR has no substantiated grounds to believe that the provider will not abide by the terms of the Provider Declaration.
